* Closing will be in 30 Days. For those properties needing Probate Court Approval, it will be 60-90 Days to closing. 

* Although you do not need a Real Estate Broker to purchase property at auction, should you decide to have one, we offer a Co-Broke, details regarding this are found within the Property Information Packet (PIP)

The online auction mimics a live auction. You will always know where the bid is at. Once the bidding opens, you may bid as often as you like or set and change your maximum bid.

Bid Extension is on in 5 minute increments for last minute bidding at 12 pm on August 3, 2022. No one is allowed to swoop in at the last minute without all bidders having a chance to respond.

This means the auction will continue in 5 minute increments as long as bidding continues in each 5 minutes. The auction ends Wednesday at 12pm or after no one bids in the next 5 minute increment.
