The Ingham County Treasurer will offer a short payment plan to those who need it.
You will be required to put 10% down of purchase price at the conclusion of the auction on sale day
(minimum down-payment is $2,000.00 or 10% whichever is greater)
with remaining balance being due and payable within 14 days from the date of the auction.
All remaining balances are due on or before; August 7, 2018 by 4:00 PM.

(Certified funds should be made payable to yourself; that way if you are not a successful bidder at the sale, you can redeposit the funds back into your account). If you are a successful bidder, the deposited funds will be used towards your purchase. Any remaining balance owed is payable in Guaranteed Funds (Bank Check) or company check or cash.

To qualify for a commission you must have shown the property to your client and you must attend the Auction with them*. Bidder is required to complete bidder registration. Real estate brokers and agents acting as principles are NOT eligible for a commission. You along with your client will need to check in with Karen day of sale before the sale begins to confirm your qualifications for Commissions*.
